Lucy Hale Online

We don’t know about you but we’re excited to get our hands on Lucy Hale’s debut album! The Pretty Little Liars star has been working non-stop touring the nation, performing select songs off her record, and promoting her upcoming country release. We can’t wait to hear it in its entirety! Thankfully, though her album is set to drop the same day as the PLL Season 4B premiere (January 7, 2014), the brunette stunner and her label have provided fans with a video titled “Introducing Lucy Hale” to help pass the time until then! The three-minute featurette offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into Lucy’s recording sessions in Nashville, Tennessee, awesome testimonials from producers and songwriters (including Catt Gravitt and Mike Daly) who have worked with her, and some fun snippets of her new music.

“People right now know me as one thing,” the country cutie confesses at the beginning of the video. “And to come out and be “Lucy,” and be me, and be completely vulnerable and share my music, which is like my baby, is kind of cool. It’s kind of like, I also have this hidden part of me that’s about to be unleashed.”

The native Tennessean explains that she originally moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of a record deal. Acting was something she fell into but music has her heart. “I was 15 years old and so I didn’t really know what I wanted to do or what I wanted to say, so music got put on the back burner for a little bit,” Luce points out. “Now I know the kind of artist I am, I know what I want to say. I know who Lucy is more as a person. I mean, this album has been a long time coming.”

In response to a question about how her experience as a songwriter and singer differs from acting she explains, “You know, I’d always journaled and wrote poems and stuff, but never in song format. Performing and singing is one thing, and it’s very vulnerable, it’s wearing your heart on your sleeve. Singing a song that you wrote on is a whole different thing.”

Congrats to Lucy Hale on her upcoming country debut. We are so proud of her and know that her vibrant songs are going to help get 2014 off to a sensational start!

Lucy Hale is one lucky little liar, and she’s got the best Christmas gift ever to prove it.

The Pretty Little Liars star has spent the last month promoting her debut country album across the country, and her producer Mike Daly just captured the years-long journey with the most perfect gift.

“This was 1 of the best gifts I’ve ever received,” Lucy tweeted on December 24. “The original lyrics & vocal comp sheet to ‘Nervous Girls’. Thanks a million @thefakemikedaly.”

Lucy’s sweetly honest song, “Nervous Girls,” is one of our favorites! With emotional lyrics like this, we can understand why Luce called the album-making process “really scary”: “I’m that girl you think that’s got it figured out. But I walk around, with a head full of doubt… I’m scared and I’m brave, or somewhere between the two. I’m beautifully strong, and tragically confused. Yeah I’m that girl, that’s just like you.”

We can only imagine how nervous Lucy is for her debut single, “You Sound Good to Me,” to hit iTunes on January 7, 2014, but having watched her show-stopping performance at the 2013 CMA Country Christmas, we think our girl is going to be just fine. She’s already got the pipes of a country superstar!

Lies upon lies are what Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) find in the January 14th episode of “Pretty Little Liars,” amusingly titled “Love ShAck, Baby.” Because when the girls discover they’re in possession of Ali’s (Sasha Pieterse) diary, albeit written in code to hide the truth, they’re forced to have a sit-in at the cabin to uncover the past if they want a chance at figuring out the present. And from the looks of these new stills, the catch is any one of the stories could be about them, and we’ll have to wait and see which girl will admit to it.

But first, in the midseason premiere on January 7th, titled “Who’s In The Box?,” the girls must unravel an even more pressing matter. If Alison is alive, then who did they bury at her funeral? We already got a glimpse at this newest storyline with a clip released last week, and it does appear something sinister is going on after Hanna discovers another girl in a town close by who closely matches Alison’s description went missing around the same time Ali disappeared. And while everyone is intrigued by the knowledge Ali is alive and well, there seems to be one Liar, Emily, who’d rather the truth stayed hidden.

Pretty Little Liars Marathon to Air Jan. 7 from 12:00 – 8 PM ET/PT

Burbank, CA (Nov. 20, 2013) – The search for answers may lie buried deep within the dream world in the winter premieres of “Pretty Little Liars” and “Ravenswood,” airing on Tuesday, January 7, starting at 8:00 PM ET/PT.

Armed with the knowledge that Alison is alive, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer have more questions now than ever before in an all-new episode of “Pretty Little Liars,” entitled “Who’s In The Box?,” airing Tuesday, January 7 (8:00 – 9:00 PM ET/PT). Trying to put the pieces together Hanna comes up with the idea that if they find out who is really buried in Ali’s grave it may lead to much needed answers. But as the girls search, Emily has trouble dealing with how she feels about Alison being alive.

A new poster promoting season 4B of “Pretty Little Liars” has been circulating online, and a couple of the ABC Family stars are NOT happy with it.

The photo features Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Emily (Shay Mitchell) in red dresses with big hair and a lot of makeup. “New truth. New enemy. New year,” teases the poster.

And while the potentially fake promo poster isn’t offensive in nature, Benson doesn’t approve of what young viewers might be taking from the image.

“Saw this floating around,” Benson posted along with the photo. “Hope it’s not the poster. Our faces in this were from 4 years ago … and we all look ridiculous. Way too much Photoshop. We all have flaws. No one looks like this. It’s not attractive.”

Benson followed up the post with another to encourage her fans.

“On another note. Super sick in bed,” she Instagrammed. “Reading all of your tweets. Love you guys so much. The constant support and love I get from all of you makes me so happy. Hope you all are having an amazing week. Remember, you are ALL beautiful. Please don’t ever try and look like the people you see in magazines or posters because it’s fake. It only causes an unhealthy mind about how you see yourself. You are perfect the way you are.”

Bellisario echoed Benson’s words on her own Instagram and Twitter.

“Wow @itsashbenzo I couldn’t agree more,” Bellisario posted. “Very cool concept as always. But aren’t we attractive enough women as we are? Why can’t we just look like us. Once.”

It appears that the poster is official and not a fan-made one, based on an exclusive article on Zap2it and a post on the official “Pretty Little Liars” Facebook page.

Actress Lucy Hale has struck up a friendship with the Hanson brothers after confessing she is “obsessed” with their Christmas album, Snowed In.

The Pretty Little Liars star has realised her dream of becoming a singer and before she performed at this year’s Country Music Association’s annual Christmas special, she admitted that one of her own holiday traditions involves the MmmBop hitmakers, whose holiday album was America’s best-selling Christmas record of 1997.

Hale confessed, “My favourite Christmas album of all time was the Hanson Christmas album. I was so obsessed with Hanson – I’m still obsessed with Hanson.”

The 24 year old later took to to share with her followers that her obsession lives on – and she just happened to be in the band’shometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, when the pre-taped special aired in the U.S. earlier this month (Dec13).

She wrote, “So everyone knows my love for @hansonmusic by now. Hopefully it’s not creepy. AND I’m in their hometown right now so im fangirling (sic) hard.”

Youngest brother Zac Hanson took the time to reply to Hale and wrote, “Wish we were there to show you round”.

In the past, some Pretty Little Liars fans (ourselves included) have complained that Aria (Lucy Hale) wasn’t involved enough with the show’s central mysteries, but all that changed in the Season 4 summer finale, when the artsiest Little Liars’s True Love was revealed to have ulterior motivations of the “A” variety. Now that Ezra is suspect numero uno, what will Aria do when the show kicks off again in January?

The Pretty Little Liars writers are master secret keepers, but they have dropped some hints about Season 4B, and we’ve gathered all of the juiciest spoilers about Aria right here. That means you can spend the next few weeks trying to piece together the puzzle of what happens next before finding out for sure when Season 4 returns on January 7, 2013.

Read spoilers at your own risk! For more on Wetpaint Entertainment’s philosophy on spoilers, click here.

Oh yeah, she finds out. Pretty Little Liars can stretch mysteries out for seasons, but it doesn’t generally let the audience stay ahead of the Liars for long. One of the Liars who isn’t Aria will begin to suspect Ezra is up to no good early on when the season returns. And once one Liar suspects something, the others usually find out. That’s true in this case, too: Aria will find out about Ezra’s involvement with the “A” team.

The fallout is epic. It shouldn’t be a shock that Aria’s response to the truth isn’t pretty. Showrunner Marlene King calls the fallout of Ezra on the ‘A’ team “heartbreaking to watch,” adding that “it’s like a trainwreck, you can’t look away.” Or, as Lucy Hale puts it: “girl goes a little crazy. You get to see Aria really angry.” Is that why there’s a scene that will feature her screaming and crying?

She gets targeted. As if that’s not enough, Marlene King also teased, “You know we say ‘A’ is an equal-opportunity terrorist, and it’s Aria’s turn to really go through the ringer.” Is that before or after she learns the truth about her love?

A love triangle resolution. In the first half of Season 4 Aria found a new love interest in Jake, and now that the audience knows that Ezra could be totally evil, the hot karate teacher is looking like the right choice. However, writer Joseph Dougherty teased that Aria “makes up her mind” about Ezra vs. Jake ” fairly definitely early in the second half of the season.” Why do we have a feeling she’s going to break things off with Jake just before everything goes south with Ezra?
